recording & mixing rates

recording, editing and file handling rates:
$50ph (minimum 2 hour booking)
$350 per day for 2 days
$300 per day for 3 days or more

mixing rates:
$200 per song (up to 4 songs)
$150 per song (5 or more songs)


1/2 inch tape machine rates:
$40 per day for recording
$15 per day for tape hire after session (max 10 days)
transfer to digital stems $50ph (minimum 2 hour)


outside producer rates...
tracking and or mixing $50ph minimum 2 hour booking.
tracking and or mixing with own rig $30ph minimum 2 booking.
rates include assistant/operator
(we don't offer any studio rates without engineer included)


extras and bits that might cost more...

Musician hire - dependant upon availability and notice, we can usually provide drums, bass, vocals, keyboards, guitars inhouse with reliable, professional and expressive musicians. Prices range from $100 - $400 per song.

Additional media/copies - CDs $3

Vocal Coaching - coaching and technique assistance with inhouse professional vocal coach Rebekah Jensen $60ph

We ask for a 50% deposit before starting any project and will retain the deposit if any session is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
